Our organization is seeking a forward-thinking Occupational Health and Safety Professional to lead safety strategy and operational risk management. This key leadership role is responsible for promoting a safe and positive environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety, food safety, risk, and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs across the account.
- Provide strategic guidance and day-to-day support to operational teams.
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and standards.
- Champion a proactive, safety-first culture through engagement and communication.
- Develop business continuity and risk management strategies.
- Conduct thorough incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Produce accurate reports and safety documentation aligned with business goals.
- Diploma (or equivalent) in Occupational Health & Safety.
- IOSH or NEBOSH membership.
- Experience in hard FM or M&E environments.
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and food safety (HACCP) standards.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to lead safety initiatives in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
- Strategic decision-making and accountability.
- Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Problem-solving and clear communication.
- Planning, prioritization, and business impact awareness.
