Finance Transformation Specialist

As a Finance Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing valued client relationships and leading strategic finance initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 8-10 years' relevant experience in consulting and finance operations, including previous experience within finance reporting and process automation. They should possess strong market focus with ability to identify and build new opportunities and client relationships.

The role involves leading business development efforts, managing senior stakeholders, providing constructive challenge and robust advice to management, and developing strategic finance relationships with decision makers.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Lead business development and client pursuit efforts.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on Finance matters and stay abreast of emerging trends.
  • Effectively lead delivery of client engagements.
  • Demonstrate expertise in areas of Finance operations and processes; Finance operating models; Global Business Services and Finance technologies.
