Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Change Management and/or Organisational Design methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping organisations navigate complex transformations.

This role provides an opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex transformation programmes across EMEIA, working with best-in-class professionals on people-centred financial service issues, shaping the future of financial services.

  • Supporting engagements across financial services clients in delivering change management, organisational design, engagement, business readiness, project management, and supporting the people consulting practice.
  • Delivering high-quality work products within expected timeframes and budget.
  • Collaborating with clients to identify their business goals, processes, and challenges, converting insights into detailed functional requirements.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience, preferably in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes in/for a Financial Services Organisation.
  • Be degree qualified and have relevant people advisory professional experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions.
