We are seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Assistant to join our team.
- Sales & Account Management:
- The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and account management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Administration Tasks:
- The role involves assisting in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting the Sales Manager:
- The successful candidate will be able to provide administrative support to the sales manager, including preparing reports, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
- Inventory Management:
- The Business Operations Assistant will be responsible for ordering stock from suppliers, updating supplier ETAs on SAP, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Product Setup:
- The role involves setting up codes and prices for new products, updating supplier prices, and notifying of price increases.
- Customer Service:
- The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Order Processing:
- The Business Operations Assistant will be responsible for processing customer orders, answering sales calls and enquiries by phone and email, and responding to requests from head office.
- Showroom Maintenance:
- The successful candidate will be able to maintain showroom displays, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
