  • Collaborate with the IT Service Management team to standardize processes using ServiceNow.
  • Leverage Knowledge Management to drive automation initiatives.

The ideal candidate possesses significant experience in business services environments, excellent leadership skills, and knowledge of first- and second-line support operations. A strong understanding of ServiceNow and industry trends is also essential.

In this role, you will manage local IT support teams, develop their capabilities, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Regular metrics on support operations will be delivered to stakeholders.
