We are seeking an Administrative Officer to join our team at Servisource. As a key member of our Pension Administration team, you will be responsible for managing the administration of Donegal ETBs pension schemes.

About the Role:
  • You will work closely with the Pensions Team and other HR colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient administration.
  • You will support the preparation and distribution of annual pension benefit statements, and assist with retirement options, pension transfers, and death benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the administration of pension schemes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Support pension calculations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to scheme policies.
  • Assist with audits and provide documentation for regulatory reviews.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leaving Certificate Examination (Grade D3) or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant third-level or accredited qualification.
  • At least two years' experience working in a business office with knowledge of administration, finance, or a related field.
