We are seeking an experienced Pension Scheme Coordinator to join our team in Servisource. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pension administration and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

The Pension Scheme Coordinator will be responsible for managing the administration of Donegal ETBs pension schemes. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records, assisting with preparing and distributing annual pension benefit statements, and responding to staff and government department enquiries on pension benefits and processes.

Additional responsibilities will include supporting pension calculations, ensuring pension schemes meet legal and regulatory requirements, and accurately inputting and managing pension member data. The successful candidate will also assist with processing retirements, death claims, pension transfers, and Pension Adjustment Orders.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a strong background in pension administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Relevant experience working in a business office, knowledge of administration, finance, or a related field, and a relevant third-level or accredited qualification are highly desirable.
