The Pension Scheme Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pension schemes. This involves maintaining accurate records, processing contributions, and providing support to other team members as needed.
Key Accountabilities
- Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of scheme members, including their personal details, contribution history, and benefit entitlements.
- Contributions: Process contributions from scheme members and ensure timely payment of benefits.
- Pension Calculations: Perform complex pension calculations to determine member benefits.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
