Administrative Pension Officer

Job Description
ServiSource is seeking an experienced Administrative Pension Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of Donegal ETBs pension schemes, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as experience in a business office environment. A relevant third-level qualification or equivalent is highly desirable, but not essential.
The role will involve responding to staff and government department enquiries on pension benefits and processes, supporting pension calculations, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
In addition to administrative tasks, the successful candidate will contribute to process improvements and collaborate with the Pensions Team and other HR colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient administration.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records
- Respond to staff and government department enquiries on pension benefits and processes
- Support pension calculations
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to process improvements

Requirements:
- Experience in a business office environment
