About This Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill our Office Administrator position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure effective management of office communications, including phone calls and messages.
  2. Process and maintain financial transactions, including purchase invoices and creditors payments.
  3. Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify accuracy.
  4. Prepare and submit monthly returns according to regulatory guidelines.
  5. Efficiently process subcontractor payments and RCT returns.
  6. Administer employee payroll using Sage, guaranteeing accuracy and punctuality.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in office administration or a related field.
  2. Familiarity with SAGE payment software is crucial.
  3. Previous experience in the Construction Industry is beneficial.
  4. A highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with exceptional communication skills.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
  6. Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and its applications.
  8. Highest standards of punctuality, reliability, and confidentiality.
