This role plays a central part in shaping the future of learning within the organisation, working closely with business leaders to identify key skills gaps and develop innovative solutions to meet their needs.

A dynamic and collaborative environment awaits you at NTMA. As Senior Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive learning programmes that foster growth, development, and success across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to conduct learning needs analysis and develop targeted solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the business to provide expert learning support and guidance.
  • Oversee third-party training providers and evaluate their performance.
  • Manage budgets for learning initiatives effectively.
  • Facilitate group and team development sessions, followed by action plan implementation.
  • Design and deliver soft skills training as required.
  • Establish suitable evaluation measures to track and assess the quality and impact of learning initiatives.

Requirements
  • Honours degree in Business, HR, L&D or related field.
  • Proficiency in consulting, partnering, needs analysis, and solution design.
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.
