Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the clubhouse

  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

Proven experience in hospitality management is essential. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams are crucial for success in this role.

Additionally, proficiency in industry-standard software and technology is required to streamline operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

A relevant degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is desirable. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Clubhouse Manager or House Manager role is also preferred.
