Lead Customer Service Manager

This role oversees the front office department, ensuring excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate has previous experience in a similar position within a luxury Hotel environment and holds a full clean driving licence. They must have strong communication skills, be able to motivate self and team, and work well under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front office team to deliver outstanding levels of service to guests.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating the front office team to deliver exceptional service">
  • Directing and working with managers and team members to successfully execute all front office operations">
  • Setting high standards of performance for self and others and assuming responsibility and accountability">
  • Identifying and analysing operational challenges and facilitating solutions to prevent reoccurrence">
  • Improving service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs">
  • Providing guidance and direction to team members, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance">
  • Managing staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met">
