Project Manager for Water Treatment Solutions

Our team seeks a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive water treatment solutions. This key role is responsible for ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, managing projects efficiently, and coordinating with other departments to meet project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Stage:
  • Lead the design of water treatment systems, ensuring compliance with pharma norms, regulations, and customer specifications.
  • Participate in product evolution and range development.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

Project Stage:

  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients to clarify contract conditions and scope.
  • Review designs to ensure compliance with requirements, budgets, and installation methods.
  • Verify water analysis, mechanical/hydraulic, and electrical design requirements.
  • Monitor progress, prepare reports, and attend meetings.
  • Identify, quantify, and agree on variations with clients.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet project deadlines.
  • Prepare hand-over documentation and schedule commissioning.
  • Conduct post-project reviews for performance improvement.

Customer Liaison:

  • Represent the company in all project-related communications.
  • Maintain professional and courteous client interactions.
  • Plan site operations with relevant organizations.
  • Attend site meetings and issue minutes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of operating handbooks and client training.

Technical Skills:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of pharma norms, GMP, GAMP, ASME BPE.
  • Familiarity with water treatment technologies like softening, reverse osmosis, electrodeionisation, etc.
  • Understanding of waste water management.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with P&ID drawings and functional specifications.
  • Cost-awareness and design analysis skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
