Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our design team in Dublin. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the design process from inception to completion.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior design professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects. The successful candidate will have experience in managing large-scale residential, commercial, and life science projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet project objectives
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Architecture or related field
  • Proven experience in design management, preferably in a T1 Building Contractor environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
