Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building the future of financial markets, while also building their own career. This involves mastering regulatory concepts by applying ESG Regulatory requirements and technical aspects of SFDR Disclosures (Pre-Contractual, Periodic, Website and CSSF Reporting) and EET reporting.

  • Conduct analysis of ESG data used in SFDR reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with regulatory requirements during client onboarding.
  • Liaise and ensure coordination internally as well as with the client for reports' production, review and analysis of comments before processing.
  • Plan production cycles with client and third parties, having view over next month's plan.
  • Ensure coordination of processes with other stakeholders/teams and act as reference point of contact within team.
  • Review and consolidate information to be provided to client service management as well as to perform postproduction meeting (KPIs, error log,...).
  • Ensure accuracy of escalation process to Management; providing actions for remediation.
  • Assist Manager in maintaining prioritized list of open technical issues with ideal resolution deadlines.
  • Provide technical and field expertise to clients.
  • Implement changes required in procedures/processes with all stakeholders.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-graduated education is required, preferably in Finance.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of fund industry and KIID as well as PRIIPs reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in English, any other language would be an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proactive can-do-attitude.
  • Being a team player and able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Having problem-solving attitude.
