Property Legal Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide day-to-day legal assistance to various business units, focusing on property transactions and development projects.

About the Role
  • Provide legal support for a range of property-related activities, including land acquisitions, disposals, and lettings.
  • Negotiate, review, and advise on documentation underpinning property transactions, ensuring due diligence is conducted as required.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including other State sector entities, to deliver affordable homes in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the early stages of pipeline projects and site assembly, planning applications, and negotiations with counterparties and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to knowledge-building within the Legal business unit, developing templates, know-how, and governance matters.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years PQE in property law, with hands-on experience in land acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and related contracts.
  • Demonstrate ability to provide practical advice that aligns with the LDA's context and operations.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills, able to navigate complex legal challenges.
