Job Title: Regional Sales Development ManagerAt our organization, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence.We are looking for an exceptional individual with a proven track record of success in sales development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Built and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development, including achieving revenue targets and expanding market share.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
