Job OverviewThe role of a Hospital Key Account Manager is to foster and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key clients within the healthcare sector. This entails understanding client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain robust relationships with key clients in the healthcare sector.
- Sales Forecasting and Revenue Generation: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Gather customer and competitor insights for analysis and reporting.
- Product Knowledge and Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of the product portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in sales or account management, preferably with a focus on medical devices, and demonstrate a strong willingness to travel within Ireland and occasionally overseas for training and conferences.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven Sales or Account Management Experience: A track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Medical Device Focus: Experience working with medical devices or related products.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Travel Readiness: Ability to travel frequently within Ireland and occasionally abroad for business purposes.
