Carne Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its global onboarding team. This exciting new opportunity will challenge your expertise in fund onboarding, implementation, and CRM.

Mandatory qualifications for the role include:

  • 5-7 years' experience in fund onboarding, fund implementation, or CRM within the funds industry
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, German, or Mandarin are advantageous
  • Proven project management skills
  • Previous presentation experience
  • Strong client and management interaction experience
  • Good knowledge of UCITS and AIF fund structures
  • Understanding of management company structures is a plus

Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring proper procedures for timely and risk-controlled fund onboarding
  • Tailoring project plans to fund structures and tracking progress
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Operations)
  • Performing initial due diligence on delegates and liaising with the Oversight team
  • Presenting new clients to the Approval Committee and Management Company board for approval
  • Managing weekly project calls and deliverables
  • Contributing to the development and enhancement of onboarding processes
  • Utilizing knowledge of Carne products for cross-selling opportunities
  • Coordinating client site visits during onboarding
  • Managing operational implementation with delegates and internal teams
  • Staying updated on regulatory changes and adapting processes accordingly
  • Training new team members as needed
