Barista Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have experience in high-standard, fast-paced settings and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and Serve High-Quality Coffee Drinks: Deliver exceptional beverage experiences for every customer.
  • Maintain a Clean Workspace: Ensure a safe and organized environment adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Foster positive interactions with every customer.
  • Work Effectively as Part of a Team: Support colleagues to achieve targets.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Able to Work Flexible Hours: Adaptability and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Coffee Preparation Knowledge: Familiarity with coffee preparation methods and techniques.
