Key Role in Marine Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Design Lead with a strong background in structural or geotechnical design.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering discrete structural design packages and providing guidance, coordination, and mentorship to a team of engineers.

As a multi-disciplinary consultancy, we combine marine engineering with broader transport and infrastructure specialisms to deliver a holistic design and delivery service.

Our team works on various public and private projects for contractors, county councils, developers, port owners and operators. We have consulted and designed ports with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities include Leading Structural or Geotechnical Design, Project Management, Technical Expertise, Quality Assurance, Team Coordination and Mentoring, Client Interaction, Risk Management, and Continuous Improvement.

Qualifications include Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related field, and Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in structural or geotechnical design, demonstrating success in delivering complex projects.
