Warehouse Management Expertise in Oracle eBS R12Job Description:

The role of Warehouse Management Analyst involves working with cutting-edge technologies to integrate shop floor systems within the organization. This position will act as a subject matter expert in Oracle e-Business Suite (eBS) to support critical business processes across Warehouse Management, Inventory, Supply Chain Management, Order Management and Logistics.

This team develops and applies our digital strategy to manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to implement Oracle solutions aligned with FDA/GxP regulations, driving system automation, continuous improvement, and scalable production support across regulated manufacturing and distribution sites.

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and technical specifications
  • Act as SME for Oracle eBS R12 WMS and SCM modules: Warehouse Management, Inventory, Order Management, Shipping Execution, and Logistics
  • Configure Oracle eBS R12 WMS and SCM modules to support inventory control, traceability, and fulfillment efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, ISO 13485, and Computer System Validation (CSV) standards
  • Participate in process reengineering and automation using Oracle Cloud tools and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, SCM) to implement validated Oracle solutions and manage change control
