Medical Solutions Expertise Role
  • Combine scientific expertise with exceptional communication skills to create meaningful medical communications that enhance patient care and advance research quality and transparency.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to unsolicited medical requests from customers based on professional and scientific knowledge, serving as a link between us and customers (HCPs or patients).
  • Carefully listen to customer needs and provide high-quality responses to inquiries associated with a positive customer experience.

This role requires fluency in English and native-level proficiency in German, as well as strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
