This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Clinical Systems Build Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Provider Systems Workstream, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across our Ireland-based facilities.
In this capacity, you will work closely with our Provider Systems Workstream Lead to assist with the configuration, testing, and validation of provider-facing applications, including the Physician Care Manager (PCM), Order Management (OM), and International Medical Objects (IMO) capabilities.
You will be responsible for collaborating with clinical and technical teams to ensure a seamless end-user experience and contribute to aligning system functionality with consultant, NCHD's, advanced practice provider (APP), Health & Social Care Professionals (HSCP's) and associated clinical staff.

Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Accountabilities
The successful candidate will support the Provider Systems Workstream Lead in delivering the Provider Systems workstream for the Cúram EHR implementation within our organization. This will involve assisting in executing tasks within the project scope and governance, including stakeholder coordination and milestone tracking.
You will collaborate with the Provider Systems Workstream Lead and other workstream members to ensure alignment with clinical operations and programme goals.
The role also includes contributing to the documentation of workflows, system configurations, and testing different outcomes (e.g. interoperability, data migration, reporting, end-user devices) to support a seamless end-user experience.
System Design & Workflow Support- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for clinician/provider-related functions in MEDITECH Expanse, including PCM, OM, and IMO.
- Assist in the design and validation of clinician/provider workflows within MEDITECH Expanse and associated applications, working closely with analysts and operational leaders.
- Review and provide feedback on system functionality related to clinician/provider processes.
- Support the integration of clinical workflows with financial processes to ensure clinical/financial integrity and compliance with clinical and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to maintain end-to-end clinical integrity across modules.
Implementation Support, Data Validation & Testing
- Assist in provider system configuration, data migration validation, and integration with existing or planned enterprise platforms.
- Participate in testing activities for provider modules and associated applications, including integrated testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Help identify and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT, finance, and clinical teams.
- Support the integration of provider-facing modules with other clinical systems (e.g., lab, imaging, pharmacy) to ensure seamless care delivery and documentation.
- Assist in validating statutory, management, and operational reporting requirements for clinician/provider functions.
- Support change management efforts by addressing workflow impacts, practice changes, and documentation requirements for clinicians/providers.
- Contribute to go-live readiness and stabilization efforts, including supporting real-time issue resolution and workflow adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and safety standards (e.g., HIQA, JCI).
Required Qualifications:
- Clinical degree required (e.g., MD, NP, PA, RN) with demonstrated clinical systems experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare clinical/provider operations.
- Familiarity with clinician/provider workflows, clinical safety practices, and quality reporting standards.
- Good project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
- Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across clinical and operational teams.
