The Assistant Manager role is a critical component of our store leadership team, responsible for driving sales results, overseeing daily store operations, and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities
• Customer Experience: Provide personalized service to every guest, ensuring they feel welcome and valued in-store.
• Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
• Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: Recruit, train, and develop a diverse and skilled team to meet business objectives.
• Training and Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
• Communication: Effectively communicate company policies, procedures, and initiatives to associates and stakeholders.

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
