Job Title: Field Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive business growth through the identification and pursuit of new opportunities, as well as nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales and merchandising teams to grow the business by developing strategic plans and implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Take ownership of the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress and growth through regular analysis and improvement of sales performance.
  • Plan and deliver clear strategies to grow business and strengthen market position by identifying new sales channels and exploring new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering the right solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and provide trusted advice to stakeholders.
  • Highly structured and methodical approach to work with a background in creating and developing highly functional sales teams.
  • Expert at time management and prioritizing tasks to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • High achiever with a proven track record and a hunger to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
