We are seeking a seasoned Health and Safety professional to lead the development and implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs across our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement comprehensive health, safety, and environmental plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and manage safety training programs, inductions, and toolbox talks to ensure project teams have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties safely.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety activities, incidents, and project status reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to integrate safety protocols into all project phases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • NEBOSH/IOSH certification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a health and safety role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong project planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and maintain safety roadmaps and communication plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of an organisation.
