Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Benefits and Compensation Analyst to join our People team. This role will play a key part in implementing and managing benefits plans across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the administration and management of all benefits and retirement programs, including vacation, holiday, time off, leave of absence, retirement plans, disability, group health coverage, vendor management, wellness and health education initiatives, life assurance, and more.
  • Handle Tier 2 benefit inquiries and escalations.
  • Administer HRIS systems in support of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assist with compensation benchmarking in EMEA and APAC.
  • Collaborate with local people leaders and HRBPs on offer approvals.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years experience working with compensation and benefits programs and analysis, previous experience in an HR function is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of benefit legislation for Ireland and the UK (essential).
  • Knowledge of various HRIS systems, preferably Workday, is a plus.
  • Excellent data analysis skills to understand and effectively use data and metrics to dictate processes/workflows, identify trends, and inform decisions.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and other data tools is important.
