Global Mobility and Employment Tax Senior Associate Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in mobility services, providing strategic guidance on cross-border employment complexities.

As the only stand-alone global mobility business, we offer a unique opportunity for clients, stakeholders, and employees to collaborate and support career growth through international assignments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Irish employment tax, PAYE, PRSI, USC, and international tax treaties. They will also possess expertise in expatriate taxation, cross-border employment, and mobility policies.

Key responsibilities include advising tax, payroll, finance, and HR teams on employee and employer tax and social security implications, developing workforce tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency, and providing insights on global mobility programs and tax considerations.

The successful candidate will oversee tax aspects of mobility, manage tax disputes, and resolve mobility-related challenges. They will also assess and mitigate permanent establishment risks across jurisdictions and collaborate with legal teams to ensure employment tax compliance.

  • Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) – Irish Tax Institute
  • Tax & Social Security Knowledge: Strong understanding of Irish employment tax, PAYE, PRSI, USC, and international tax treaties.
  • Global Mobility Expertise: Experience with expatriate taxation, cross-border employment, and mobility policies.
