About this role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Development Professional to join our team in Dublin.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, consulting on solutions, and contributing to business growth through strong client delivery and account management.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Business Psychology, HR Consulting, or Organisational Effectiveness and possess skills such as competency framework design, workshop design and delivery, qualitative analysis, leadership assessment & development, job architecture review, and design.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project delivery to ensure timely, high-quality results.
  • Consult on solutions for competency framework design, workshop delivery, and other areas of expertise.
  • Contribute to business growth by delivering exceptional client service and managing accounts.
  • Lead teams and coach individuals to achieve high-quality results.
  • Contribute to strategic thinking by analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities.
  • Requirements:
  • MSc in Occupational Psychology or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in consultancy or professional advisory.
  • Experience in people management and complex project management is desirable.
  • Demonstrated understanding of psychometrics and total rewards philosophy is a plus.
