Global Workplace Experience Director

The Workplace Experience Director is responsible for developing and implementing a global strategy to create a vibrant workplace culture across multiple locations.
This role involves overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing a team of Workplace Partners & Coordinators, and driving initiatives that promote collaboration, inclusivity, and employee well-being.
Main Responsibilities- Developing Strategic Plans: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan to drive a positive workplace culture, including targeted initiatives and events based on business needs.
- Operations Management: Oversee front desk services, visitor management, event management, office space utilization, facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and occupational health, safety, and security.
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of Workplace Partners & Coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration and driving team engagement and productivity.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in an Office Management, Workplace Experience, Hospitality Management, Community, or Event Management role, with expertise in building international offices.
- Minimum 3 years of people/team leadership experience in a dynamic environment, including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
