Job Title: Global Workplace Experience Lead

Transforming workplace culture is a critical aspect of our organization's success. As the Global Workplace Experience Lead, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, productivity, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic approach to office culture and community building through targeted initiatives and events.
  • Manage operational projects, including workplace improvements and vendor relationships, to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor global events, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Design and implement change management strategies and project documentation to drive business outcomes and process improvement.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Leadership and Team Management:
  • Lead a team of Workplace Partners & Coordinators across all locations, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members; manage performance reviews and career development to foster growth and excellence.
  • Drive team engagement and productivity through collaboration, shared values, and a focus on excellence.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Office Management, Workplace Experience, Hospitality Management, Community, or Event Management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum 3 years of people/team leadership experience in a dynamic environment, with a strong focus on talent development and team performance.
  • Experience leading global projects and driving office engagement through KPIs and strategic projects, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
