Job Description
The Payroll Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll department. This includes:

Payroll Processing
  • Managing bi-weekly and monthly payrolls, including calculating and processing payroll deductions, pensions, and other benefits.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including social welfare forms and mortgage forms.
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to queries and concerns from employees and managers.

Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, including Revenue requirements.
  • Managing Fortnightly, Monthly, and Year-end procedures and submissions.

Employee Support
  • Supporting employees with payroll-related queries and concerns.
  • Addressing discrepancies or issues raised by employees in a timely and professional manner.
