About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Payroll and Financial Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing payroll, maintaining financial records, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process weekly and monthly payroll for staff
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and employee entitlements
  • Prepare files and returns for the Revenue Commissioners
  • Resolve employee payroll queries
  • Manage payroll budgets
  • Perform bookkeeping duties, including reconciliations and invoice management
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Finance

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in SAGE Payroll (Micropay Professional)
  • Detailed knowledge of PAYE and PRSI
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
