Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Financial Coordinator to join our team at HireForce. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Irish payroll and be able to assist with the day-to-day financial operations of the company.

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Enter day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and payroll processing.
  • Provide administrative support to the head office team, including maintaining accurate records and performing tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in payroll, preferably in an Irish setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish tax and social welfare legislation.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
