About the Role

Our team is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to drive strategic initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We need you to develop and implement data-driven strategies to inform business opportunities and standardize processes.
  • You will review and analyze pharmaceutical contract deviations to identify areas for improvement.
  • A key part of your role will be to establish objectives, define deliverables, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver against strategic initiatives.
  • You will also identify opportunities to improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency.
  • Another key responsibility will be to manage the analysis of industry trends, competitive risks, client needs, expansion opportunities, and internal performance metrics.
  • You will support pipeline development of high-value, high-growth opportunities.
  • Additionally, you will help evaluate new opportunities, including assessment of opportunity size, capabilities, and gaps, cost, and risk to develop and buy/build/partner analysis.
What You'll Bring
  • An undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceuticals or healthcare industry would be advantageous.
  • You should have proven ability to work collaboratively across a matrix environment to deliver business goals.
  • Experience in working with and analyzing diverse datasets to develop business insight and strategy would be beneficial.
  • A proven track record of developing and leading business projects with accountability to senior management-level stakeholders is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
