Job Title: Compliance Governance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

The Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role in our risk management framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

  • Oversight of Regulatory Risk Environment: Providing strategic direction and guidance on risk assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
  • Regulatory Expertise: Demonstrating expertise in areas such as MiFID, AML, and GDPR, and staying up-to-date with evolving regulatory landscapes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of compliance strategies and policies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience in compliance or a related field, with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management principles.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of MiFID, AML, and GDPR regulations, including relevant laws, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex regulatory concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
