Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrator to join our Access to Care team.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong technological proficiency, and a passion for delivering first-class patient experiences.

  • This includes acting as the first point of contact for patients at front of house, greeting, registering, and assisting in a professional and courteous manner.
  • The successful candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and patient queries efficiently and empathetically.
  • They will schedule and manage consultant and clinic appointments, including theatre bookings, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Liaising with external hospitals and diagnostic providers to gather patient reports is also an essential part of this role.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Strong background in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is necessary for this position.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a healthcare, clinic, or medical administrative setting is preferred.
  • Fluent English language skills are essential for this role.
