Job Description

As a Motor Claims Adjuster Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in investigating and evaluating disputed motor damage claims. Your primary objective is to determine the validity of claims based on documentation received, and negotiate settlements with claimants. You will work closely with other teams to resolve complex issues and ensure timely closure of claims.

You will be responsible for:
