We are seeking a skilled Construction Leadership professional to lead and manage site-based supervision teams on large-scale projects administered under the NEC suite of contracts.
About the Role- Lead and coordinate construction supervision teams, ensuring effective delivery across all packages of work.
- Act as the NEC Supervisor under the contract, fulfilling all duties required by the NEC suite (primarily NEC3/NEC4 ECC).
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts, particularly the Supervisor role. They will be able to effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients to ensure that works are delivered safely, to the required quality standards, on time, and within budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Chartered status (e.g., CEng, MCIOB, ChPP) or working towards chartership is preferred.
The successful candidate will be able to mentor and develop junior site staff, while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental management.
