Facilities Maintenance Role">

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician with electrical expertise to support the start-up of our European manufacturing site. This role will play a key part in ensuring the efficient operation of the facility, performing routine maintenance on facilities and electrical infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have experience in regulated facilities maintenance environments, knowledge of Maximo CMMS, GMP standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage contractors.

This position involves:

  • Performing routine/preventive maintenance on electrical and other facilities infrastructure
  • Providing timely electrical troubleshooting support where required
  • Ensuring compliance with electrical safety requirements
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce energy consumption
  • Supporting equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and validation
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of maintenance activities and records are audit-ready

Requirements for Success:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance, particularly with controls systems
  • Proficiency in using Maximo CMMS
  • Strong understanding of GMP standards
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements
