Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Process Manager to join our team.

About the Role

The Process Manager will be responsible for advising, challenging and assisting cement process performance across the plant portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to challenge local operation teams and managers in terms of performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that work delivered in process areas corresponds to higher value for the organization.

  2. Demonstrate commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.

  3. Support plants in troubleshooting and resolving issues.

  4. Analyse Plant operations and propose Process Improvement recommendations including Cost/Benefit Analysis.

  5. Undertake benchmarking studies and process audits to identify best practices.

  6. Coordinate performance tests on operating plant systems to determine efficiencies of equipment.

  7. Provide assistance to management to ensure Plants operate within environmental and quality performance regulations.

  8. Prepare reports on process improvement initiatives.

  9. Contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.

  10. Educate, train and develop process staff in the plants.

  11. Assist project teams on process design for CAPEX projects.

  12. Lead major main equipment commissioning when needed.

  13. Take part in Due Diligence activities when needed.
