You will be responsible for developing and executing a long-term Net Revenue Management strategy, guiding teams to drive action plans connected to ensure incremental value and market share impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Net Revenue Management strategy to accelerate revenue and gross margin.
  • Lead a team to deliver results across five pillars: pricing, price pack architecture, mix, promotion management, and trade investment.
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams to drive commercial capabilities.
  • Partner with sales leaders to develop sales development needs and address them.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales and commercial excellence roles, including leadership positions.
  • Min. 3 years of experience specifically in Net Revenue Management.
  • University degree in economics, finance, statistics, econometrics, mathematics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong commercial and financial knowledge, excellent analytical abilities, and experience working with matrix teams.
