Job Opportunity:

Assistant Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team as an Assistant Project Manager. The successful candidate will provide direct support to the Senior Project Manager, ensuring high-quality projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day project coordination and administration.
  • Support in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Liaise effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in site meetings and prepare comprehensive reports.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in construction project support or coordination is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is necessary.
  • Experience with project software is beneficial.
