As a strategic leader, you will oversee the development and execution of technology product strategies for our global marine business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the implementation of product strategies, including defining product features and capabilities, investment strategies, and deployment strategies.
  • Prioritize feature and capability roadmaps to ensure best outcomes and investment returns.
  • Support existing business applications to optimize business performance.
  • Build and develop business cases for ongoing investment, linking to KPIs.
  • Maintain consistency in design, ensuring it is up-to-date and modernized with the latest thinking on controls and critical data element capture.
Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in commercial underwriting processes, data, controls, and technology, along with understanding of best practices around these capabilities.
  • Understanding of marine business principles to support product strategy.
  • Collaborate and influence cross-functionally, both internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, to drive change.
  • Ability to analyze data, determine root cause, and provide solutions for resolution.
  • Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
