Quality Assurance Manager

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our software development process.

  1. Provide guidance and mentorship to QA team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  2. Oversee and manage daily activities of the QA team to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional Scrum teams to ensure seamless communication and effective project delivery.
  4. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough testing and coverage.
  5. Perform hands-on manual or automated testing (functional, regression, integration, and UAT) to identify defects and issues.
  6. Monitor and manage defect lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.

Basic Requirements:

  • 3+ years team leadership experience in a QA environment, preferably leading small to medium-sized teams.
  • Strong hands-on testing experience (manual or automated).
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, coordinating QA efforts with Scrum teams.
  • Proficiency with testing tools like JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting languages desirable (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript).
