Lead Educator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to lead our team of childcare professionals.

The successful candidate will have a minimum QQI/Fetac Level 6 qualification in childcare and extensive experience in a similar role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the daily running of the afterschool service is efficiently managed, with compliance to regulatory requirements and crèche policies.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with families, children, and fellow educators through effective communication.
  • Managing staff rosters and ensuring efficient operation of the crèche.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required.

Essential skills and qualifications include:

  • Excellent computer skills.
  • A high level of organisation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of childcare regulations and legislation.
