Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client relationships and drive business growth through strategic sales initiatives. As a Display and Video 360 Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing media campaigns that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maximizing customer value by overseeing top campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure our offerings continuously meet evolving customer needs.

This role requires a strong understanding of programmatic advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, and business development principles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute media campaigns that meet client objectives.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand revenue.
  • Maximize customer value by overseeing top campaigns and guiding customers to fully utilize the platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure offerings meet evolving customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, or business development roles.
  • Fluency in English and French.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agency knowledge and experience.
  • Knowledge of the DV360 platform or programmatic landscape.
  • Exceptional relationship management and project management skills.
