Key Account Manager, Urology

As a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in the Irish healthcare sector, we are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual to lead our urology sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth across the urology and ENT range of products within both acute and non-acute clinical settings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including procurement, clinical directors, and infection control teams.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, understanding customer needs and all relevant buying influences and decision-makers.
  • Develop compelling health-economic arguments to convey technical details and supporting evidence to stakeholders beyond clinical areas.
  • Manage your own pipeline, reporting quarterly to the Regional Sales Manager, Urology & ENT.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather market intelligence and disseminate effective presentations throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • Experienced sales professional with a successful track record in selling to the HSE, coupled with clinical experience within the HSE.
  • Demonstrate commercial credibility, including price/value discussions, and negotiate effectively.
  • A self-starter able to work independently and utilize initiative.
  • Personable, friendly, outgoing, and ambitious individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with all levels of clinical and management staff, conveying health-economic, financial, and clinical benefits.
  • Research and identify critical/topical issues affecting key customers.
  • Full clean driving license and flexibility to attend meetings and conferences.
  • Ideal candidate has completed an accredited Theatre Access Course.
